Most orders ship within 6-10 days from art approval. All art approvals (for each item chosen) must be confirmed before production begins. All items that are imprint-able inside the box will be proofed within 1 business day. Production will not start until all proofs are approved.
For an entirely custom printed box, please call factory for templates, production time and pricing. Box dimensions are made to accommodate the most popular selected contents. Once your box is created, you can email us to confirm if there will be a sizing issue.

There is a $125.00 (g) setup fee that includes all artwork, setups, plates and screens. All pricing includes a 1-color 1-location imprint, unless otherwise specified, on imprint-able products. Pricing also includes a 1, 2 or full color imprint on the top of the box for the larger box, or a full color sticker for the smaller box. (Lg box is 12x9x4 and sm box is 10x6x4.) You can request a free virtual sample. Simply select your box, add or change any of the items and colors. Email us the imprint info from your customer, or provide us with their website, so we can create a sample that matches their branding. Please allow 1-2 days to receive the proofs.
There are 5 larger swag boxes to a master carton. Depending on the items chosen for each swag box, the average weight of a master carton is 22 LBS. For 50 or more swag boxes, we suggest shipping via freight.
Yes, there is a $3.00 (g) service charge for each swag box, plus the actual freight charges. We use UPS only for this service, unless shipping labels are provided. Each box is shrink wrapped and the shipping label is applied on top of the film to protect the design on the box.
The setup will be included of any imprint method we offer. There will only be a run charge per piece. You can visit the item product page for templates and running charges. You can also email CS.
All snacks are certified kosher. If a particular snack is not available, then it will be replaced with a snack of equal or greater value.
